Could not remember LC Morgan so I had to check boxrec. Oscar "Shotgun" Albarado. He was a fan favorite at the old Olympic Auditorium back in the late sixties, where I saw his losing effort vs Hedgemon Lewis in a very good fight. I'm sure DCI remembers both those fighters very well.

Yup! Out of Texas. Shear charge and attack. His career, however, ended when his aggressive style could not overcome good boxers with power. A fighter can take only so much punishment, some less, some more. But the end is always the same.

You got eeet; LC Morgan had a lengthy career but was never a champ, did have some nice wins, nonetheless.

My dad. Jorge rosales fought with l c morgan 1965 in Guadalajara Jalisco and 1967 in Matamoros Tamaulipas and won both by Tko . My dad won the national belt of Mexico in 1965 by Tko with Reymundo battling torres . L. C morgan was a great wellknown boxer that fought the best .

U r correct he was never a champion but he did fight the best for some reason or other he was never given the opportunity for a championship knowing that he fought no other than the best of the best
