is not willing to give up 5 mill if HE himself tests positive for

I don't follow it all too close but I am under the impression there isn't
much doping testing in boxing. I have seen far to many boxers from which
I suspect they juicing up but none of them is ever caught or disqualified.
Refusing to take financial consequences if he get caught is pretty much
the same as a confession.
